Analysts and the good and appreciative people of Owerri Zone unanimously agree that it is in the area of projects and empowerments that the man has shone brilliantly like a bright morning star.

That accounts for the popular nickname of “Grand Commander of Empowerment” which they have happily bestowed on him.  His litany of projects executed with his annual 200m budgetary intervention fund includes projects in Aboh Mbaise LGA like construction of Modern market with Abbaittoir at Afor Ajala Market, construction of 10,000 capacity Solar Powered Borehole at Lump Market Amuzu Autonomous Community,  construction of Solar Street Lights at Ekete Ochie Village Square Mbutu Nwenkwo, construction of Solar Street Lights at Ukwu Ube Village Square, Mbutu Nwenkwo, construction of Solar Street Lights at Nkwo Mbutu Market, Mbutu, construction of Solar Street Lights at Mbutu Nwenkwo Boulevard Mbutu, construction of Solar Street Lights at Oboama Enyiogugu, donation of a brand new Transformer to Amaohuru Nguru Community.

In Ahiazu Mbaise  L.G.A we have construction of Obodo Ahiara-Obodo Ujichi – Akabo – Ogwuama link road, construction of Modern market with Abbaittoir at Eke Umuihuocha Obohia, supply of brand new 500KVA transformer to Umulolo community of Ogbe Ahiara, construction of 10,000 capacity Solar Powered Borehole at Ishi-Okpu Primary School Ihitteafoukwu, construction of Solar Street Lights at Nkwobi Afor Ogbe, construction of Solar Street Lights at Christ The King Catholic Church, Umunwocha Obohia, construction of Solar Street Lights at Nkwo Obohia Market, donation of a brand new Transformer to Umuofoeze Umuhuocha Obohia Community.

For.Ezinihitte  Mbaise  L.G.A he has built Modern market with Abbaittoir at Ahia Orie Amumara, Adakam Amumara, constructed  10,000 capacity Solar Powered Borehole at Okwu na Ugaa Hall in Umunama constructed Solar Street Lights at St. Peters Catholic Parish Onicha Ezi-East and, constructed Solar Street Lights at Dimukwu Okpofe

Ngor Okpala is not left out as it has benefitted projects like construction of Modern market with Abbattoir at Eke Ukwu Nnorie,  supply of brand new 500KVA transformer to Uzommiri layout in Amafor Imerienwe Autonomous community, construction of Solar Street Lights at Awogwu Logara, construction of Solar Street Lights at Obohia Logara, construction and furnishing of Town Hall in Ukama Amafor Imerienwe, donation of a brand new transformer to Eziala Obiangwu as well as donation of a brand new transformer to Umueme Obike

On its part Owerri  West L.G.A benefitted from construction of Youth Hall in Nkwo Ononuyo Market Square, Umuoma Nekede, construction and equipping of modern ICT Centre at Anglican Church Umuguma, rehabilitation of Solar Powered bore hole constructed by the senator at Ihiagwa Market, construction of 10,000 capacity Solar Powered Borehole at Emmanuel Anglican Church, Avu, construction of Solar Street Lights at Afor Ama Umualum Nekede.

In Owerri Municipal ww have  construction of Youth Hall at Tetlow Road, construction and equipping of modern ICT Centre at Government Secondary School, Owerri, rehabilitation of Solar powered bore hole constructed by the Senator at Relief Market, construction of Solar Street Lights in Iheanacho Street, construction of Solar Street Lights at Egbeala Housing Estate. construction of Solar Street Lights at Rotobi by Douglas (Umuonyeche)   construction of Solar Street Lights in Umuoyima, construction of Solar Street Lights at Ajia Spot (Umuonwonyo), construction of Solar Street Lights at School Road, construction of Solar Streets Lights at Wetheral by Oduagu in Umuaworonjo and supply of brand new 500KVA transformer to the Umunna Mbaise Mutual Aid Association at Bishop Court, Owerri

Talking about Owerri North he has successfully  constructed  a Youth Hall in Umuorisha Emii Ancient Kingdom, constructed Skills Acquisition Centre at All Saints Cathedral, Egbu, constructed  and equipped  modern ICT Centre at Immaculate Heart of Mary, Orji rehabilitated  Solar powered bore hole constructed by him at Timber Market, Naze, rehabilitated  Solar powered bore hole constructed by him at Amakohia/Akwakuma Market Square, rehabilitated Solar Powered bore hole constructed by him at Orji Youth, constructed 10,000 capacity Solar Powered Borehole at Umukehi Orji, ongoing Construction of 500KVA Transformer Substation at Mbieri Road, Akwakuma Uratta, donated brand new transformer to Umundula Orji  constructed Open and Lock Up Stores with toilet and borehole at Nkwo Orji, constructed  three classroom blocks with toilet at Naze Market Square, constructed Solar Street Lights at Orie Obibi Market Square, Obibiezena, constructed Solar Street Lights at Umuogi Orji Uratta, constructed Solar Street Lights in Umukehi Orji Uratta, constructed Solar Street Lights in Umuodu Orji Uratta, cconstructed Solar Street Lights in Umuasonye (Mission) Orji, constructed Solar Street Lights in Umuanyalu Egbu, constructed Solar Street Lights in Umuakuru Emekuku.

As i write plans are almost concluded for commencement of more projects. Certainly, there has been no dull moment for the lawmaker in the last three years.
