The founder, leader and Archbishop of Living Christ Mission Inc, His Grace, the Most Rev Prof Daddy Hezekiah and also the Proprietor and Chancellor, Hezekiah University, Umudi, Imo State has appealed to social critics to use their social media platforms responsibly to criticise and condemn the acts of xenophobia and the mistreatment of foreign nationals in South Africa. He observed that while South Africans live and work freely in many countries around the world, some foreign nationals residing in South Africa continue to face persecution and discrimination. He called on respect for human dignity, peaceful coexistence and the protection of the rights of all lawful residents, regardless of their nationality. He wondered why a country that fought apartheid in the past could be doing such. He also further condemned the bias of the United Nations against the nation of Israel.
Rev Prof Daddy Hezekiah who made the appeal recently during the Church annual Temple Fathers’ day celebrated at the Church spiritual headquarters, Nkwerre, Imo State advised the federal government of Nigeria and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to ensure that the 2027 general elections are free, fair, transparent and credible adding that some notorious politicians’ only hope is on rigging of election thereby forcing their mandate on people that never voted them in.
Preaching a life reviving message to mark the Fathers’ day celebration, Rev Prof Daddy Hezekiah read the books of Deuteronomy 28, Psalm 1, Psalm 101, Proverbs 10, Hebrews 10 etc. stressing that many children of God are naturally stubborn as God has told us in Deuteronomy 28 vs 1 to 14 all that it takes to succeed in life whether one is situated in Nigeria or abroad stating that one’s relationship with Almighty God determines one’s success and blessings as righteousness attracts God’s blessings, long life, prosperity etc. while sin attracts failure, regret, evil and bad consequences. He regretted that some Christians no longer worship God with fear, trembling and carefulness. He observed that despite that most Christians don’t visit native doctors but they tell lies a lot.
The prophet of God whose prophecies have manifested with great precision stated that the word of God clearly warn Christians against practicing evil yet they indulge in sin expecting God to perform magic. He urged them to work out their salvation as God has His own rules, regulation and instructions, follow it accordingly, you will receive a perfect positive result with protection of God, but when you practice the opposite also expect negative results with regret. When Israelites sinned the 10th time God reacted aggressively.
Rev Prof Daddy Hezekiah expressed surprise that though some Christians are conscious of the fact they have deadly dangerous enemies, facing people with diabolic powers yet they live carelessly and sinfully. He stated that there is great gain in serving and worshipping God faithfully. He made it clear to Christians that it’s not only idol worshipping, fornication and adultery that are sin before God but also lies, stealing, enviousness, slandering, wickedness, jealousy, gossip, kidnapping, etc. which hinder God answering one’s prayers.
