The Bayelsa State Government has said the state is open to individuals and corporate bodies who are ready to invest for the development and progress of the state. The commissioner for Trade and Investment Hon Otokito Federal Oparminola, who made the statement through the permanent secretary Mrs Patience Abah , said the ministry is responsible for implementation of policies on trade and investment issues.
