As part of their Academic activities,the Association of Mass Communication Students,ASMACS, Temple Gate Polytechnic Aba in Abia State has paid a visit to Nigeria Newspoint as part of enhancing their knowledge in Mass Communication studies.
Leading the Students to the Media outfit, one of their lecturers,Ngozi Aliche stated that their purpose of coming all the way from Abia State to the Media outfit in Owerri was to have practical experience of how the Print Media works.
She mentioned that the Newspaper was chosen by the school authority because it has the requisite facilities needed for the excursion.
Welcoming the Students, the Publisher and Editor -In-Chief of the Newspaper, Lambert Ojukwu lectured them on important elements of news writing and reporting and practical knowledge of Newspaper and page planning.
The lecturer and Students who were 21 in number led by their Course Rep.Blessing Joseph expressed satisfaction about the media facilities as they were taken round of the media outlet by the Publisher and some of its Staffers.
