Ozuruigbo Owerre: Where Do You Go From Here And Why  Rush To Coronate?

Against all odds, valid court injunction, peace initiative by some prominent Owerre sons and an ongoing lawsuit, the Ohiri family and their alleged cronies  bullied their way yet again, this time to a Kangaroo Coronation rejected by Imolites.  I am so proud to be an Imolite.  May God bless you all.  You listened, you read, and you understood every Newspaper article I presented before you.  You acted appropriately by rejecting the  reported fake coronation.

My fellow Imolites, I thank you all for disregarding a fake invitation to an  alleged fraudulent coronation while the lawsuit was slowly crawling through the court system.  I have always promised to bring you the truth and nothing but the truth.  The question that every Imolite is asking is, why did this alleged dissident group rush to coronate, knowing they would not be accepted and recognized?  The alleged fake Ozuruigbo is powerless, I honestly believe that no fair minded Governor of Imo State will ever confer a staff of office to a man who is allegedly  terrified and has refused to establish the fact that he is bloodline to the royal Njemanze family via DNA test.  He has never for one day defended my articles on his alleged  paternity to the Njemanze family.  So, my people, my story is true.  They do not care about our culture and tradition, they allegedly do not have our genes and the needed Y chromosome that we share with each other.  Hence, they act alone without consequences.

They were in a hurry to coronate an alleged  fake Ozuruigbo but too scared and still very terrified to proceed with the requested DNA test.  If someone challenges my paternity as many times as I have, I would be running as fast as my legs would take me to the DNA testing center to stop the insult.  Nde Owerre, not this uncrowned prince.  His inability to volunteer for a DNA test tells you a lot.  It means that Stella Anumaku is right in her accusation and questions about paternity.  I repeat they are NOT Njemanze bloodline.  Prove it,if you are a real Njemanze.  DNA test is the answer.

The alleged  fake coronated Ozuruigbo has absolutely no powers and cannot even call a family meeting of Njemanzes without being booed and laughed at.  He has reportedly become the caricature of Owerre.  Umu Njemanze are now calling him, “the bedroom Ozuruigbo” because that is all he is and will be without recognition by the governor and Imo State Assembly.  He is a joke.  The Njemanze family for the first time in our history, now has two Ezes, one Eze with the staff of office as gazzetted Eze of Amawom community and the other with absolutely no powers and NO shame.

The desperation by this dissident group was visible and very naked for Imolites to see through on February 18th, 2023.  Again they violated  and got away with it because they own the courts as they always remind us.  You saw their arrogance firsthand.  They are totally above the law in Owerre; period.  A simple DNA test to establish paternity with the two DNA tested plaintiffs could settle and get this case out of court.  But, the alleged  fake Ozuruigbo is afraid and refusing to do the test.  He knows he is allegedly NOT an Njemanze and was just bullying his way through to illegally snatch a title and position that is not his.

He is allegedly  not a direct descendant of Njemanze Ihenacho.  There are several direct second generation grandsons of Njemanze Ihenacho that are overqualified to sit on our throne.  Being a retired Judge should not be a free ticket to our throne.  Our current lawsuit is at the appellate court waiting for the court to release the transcript of written judgment and we hope DNA will resolve this issue once and for all.  It has been almost three  months and the transcript of written judgment from the court has not been released, hence the delay in our appeal case.  Our Attorneys have constantly requested a copy of the transcript for a case thrown out of court on January 19th, 2023 for Locus standing.  The Locus standing was violated on February 18th, 2023 with the coronation.  Judge, we told you they were going to try to crown him.  The court is allegedly said to be  refusing to hand over the transcript of written judgment needed for the appellate court.  The court told our Attorneys on March 2nd, 2023 to pick up the copy at the secretariat and again our Attorneys came up empty handed.

My fellow Imolites, what do they have to hide in the court?  Any court should be very proud of its ruling,if it is fair.  On January 19th, 2023 our lawsuit was thrown out of court due to Locus Standing and we accepted it.  A transcript of the written judgment by the court was supposed to be made available to both the plaintiff and defendants.  Our Attorneys needed a copy of that transcript for our case to the appellate court.  We are already in the month of March going into April; the court has still not released the needed transcript.  Is this a delay tactic to help one side and not the other?  Is this fair?  Our able and esteemed Senior Advocate of Nigeria filed an injunction to stop the coronation that took place on February 18th, 2023.  The Judge set hearing for March 2nd, 2023 which was after their scheduled coronation.  Their alleged leader and his uncrowned prince had their kangaroo coronation as planned.  That should have nullified the injunction, but the court on March 2nd’ 2023 adjourned the hearing on the injunction that was already completed to April 18th, 2023.  Why, may I ask?  The coronation is already completed, is this delay tactics?

Nde Imo Ibem, if it smells like rotten fish, there is definitely a stinky rotten fish somewhere around.  They are using the court for every delay tactic in their book of law to buy time instead of completing a painless DNA test.  Now you all can see what I have been saying.  This Ohiri family thinks that Owerre Court belongs to them and they rule our court system.  I repeat, NO delay tactics can stop us; we are in this for the long haul.  Only a DNA test shall set the Njemanzes free.  The O

said family has to  prove it is our bloodline and the truth will soon see the light of day if the case will ever get out of Owerre Courts.  We need the official transcript of written judgment by the court to move our thrown out case to the appellate court.

If you see the alleged fake Ozuruigbo anywhere please ask him to go complete a DNA test with his reported dissident group so that the Njemanze family can be at peace again.  We are humbly appealing to our Governor and Imo  State Assembly to please refrain from recognizing the said  uncrowned prince until he has a valid DNA result.  He is  allegedly yet to prove he is  an Njemanze, I promise you all.

Our culture and tradition requires the oldest member of the Kingmakers to put the crown on the head of the Ozuruigbo during the crowning ceremony.  The oldest Kingmaker reportedly refused to perform the desired task because he knew the truth and the alleged paternity issues surrounding the self imposed uncrowned prince.  So, the uncrowned prince had no choice but to pick a grandson of the Kingmaker’s family whose mother is a daughter (Azuanuka) of the family.  Her son who crowned the uncrowned prince was not an Owerre man based on his paternity.  The crowning grandson was said  NOT to be  a citizen of Imo State.  His mother is from the Kingmaker’s family, but his dad is out of state.  So, both legally and traditionally there was absolutely no coronation on February 18th, 2023.  Allowing a non citizen of the Kingmaker family or Owerre to perform that sacred task nullified the whole reported crowning process.  For the record, Owerre has no kings.  We have Ozuruigbo of Owerre.  Again these alleged NON Njemanzes are creating problems for us and insulting our tradition and customs.  The paramount ruler of Owerre is HIS ROYAL MAJESTY OZURUIGBO OF OWERRE.  Every other title is FAKE my people.  The last King in Owerre was Njemanze Ihenacho my late grandfather of blessed memory.

The uncrowned prince should not be caught parading himself as Ozuruigbo of Owerre both home and abroad.  He should not be given a chair at any ceremony as a representative of the Njemanze family or Owerre as a whole.  He should not be given the staff of office or be accepted by area traditional rulers because he is uncrowned.  The process of crowning him was incomplete when he surprisingly jumped to the crowning as Ozuriugbo from Crown Prince because all of my articles focused on our need for Ozuruigbo of Owerre and not a Crown Prince.  He immediately shifted his choice.  The Bible says,to give unto Caesar what belongs to Caesar and to God what belongs to God.  Hence, we pour libation to our forefathers and ancestors during the Ozuruigbo coronation ceremony.  There is nothing ritual about that.  It is our tradition and culture that must be completed; it was not done by the alleged  clowns.

Nde Owerre please don’t get me wrong, I am fighting for a fair process that will include everyone both poor and rich.  My late dad would always tell us there was a reason why all of our fingers are shorter and smaller than others and hence are not equal.  That is life; my dad would always remind us.  Everyone for sure is not equal, we must fight to include the “Little” people that have no voice and have no one to speak for them.  The Njemanze family is big but the ones that actually need the help are the voiceless.

The economy is not very great in Nigeria currently and most members of the Njemanze family are reportedly  going to sleep at night without food for them or their children.  While a certain elite group is in control of everything and selling all the lands without compensating others.  This elite group and their mothers, never farmed or had farmlands on these lands, yet they all allegedly have three to twenty four (3-24) plots of land each while others have zero.  The Njemanzes whose parents actually had farmland currently have zero.  Now, they are targeting the Eke Ukwu Owerre market to divide the shades(stores) amongst themselves.  I hope the five compounds of Owerre will fight these greedy Njemanzes.  What type of legal representation qualifies someone to take 70%
