Hon. Stanley Onyiruka ,the candidate of Social Democratic Party,SDP for Ohaji/ Egbema state constituency for the Imo State House of Assembly, is now counting on the highest crowd of supporters to win come, March this year.
The fact proved itself after a meeting of the who is who in the various political wards that make up the twelve political Wards of Ohaji/Egbema LGA where the handsome young politician is being backed by the people and asked to move on with assurance that they are solidly behind him by all standard.
In a release, made available after a brief meeting over the weekend his supporters, across party lines reassured him of a total support to his candidature while he should believe that he has no contender for the poll.
Meanwhile, the Social Democratic party, SDP candidate, Hon. Onyiruka from Obosa in Assa Ohaji Ohaji/Egbema LGA has been described as the best candidate amongst his co-contestants for the seat.
The gathering was made up of the cream la cream of party faithful and general supporters from the Area.
In the meeting, strategies on how he could emerge victorious were laid out going by the recent
INEC reform of the electoral act.
Hon. Onyiruka popularly known as Chyco went on to read out his excellent manifesto and promised not to follow the wrong foot prints of his predecessors at the state House of Assembly.
Some of the supporters applauded him for being better focused and promised to galvanise support to make him succeed.
They advised him to go ahead about his campaign peacefully, ensure he reached out to many, visit them with words worth of conviction.
He promised to send some of the youths oversea to haunt for their future if he wins. .
The hopeful lawmaker of Ohaji/Egbema state constituenc was told not to mind the de-marketing political style of the opposition but go on an do more work till the last day of the election.
They assured him that no candidate will take his place /support, adding that their mandate supersedes all in the constituency.
It was gathered that Engr Stanley, is chosen by the people of Ohaji/ Egbema to rewrite the wrongs that has been the web wire of delay in progress and development of the people of Ohaji Egbema .
They further assured him that their overwhelming support has gone beyond party affiliation, but that they have chosen one who is capablewith a listening ear .
They said he can also chart the people’s course and be their appropriate voice in the hallowed chamber of Imo Assembly.
The people stressed that he is their choice candidate based on the fact that he is humble, accessible, intelligent, out spoken, presentable, handsome, humane, respectful, reachable, truthful above all, has the capacity to deliver.
