I was just sitting here reading the “kaka bullie” like my granddaughter used to say of the government’s story and claim given to them by their employees from the 5 compounds of Owerre and I just couldn’t stop laughing. I am still laughing as I am writing this article for publication.
To this administration I say seriously? You are listening to a bunch of your Okorocha/APC Ezes telling you the story of our own Area K? Are you kidding me?
Why did they not testify for you in court?
This administration is using and bringing these men in after the fact so they can use their famous “Land Act” rule that required agreement with the traditional ruler of the community in consensus with the land owners. Please ask your Ezes the last time they had a village meeting. Their answer will make you laugh. You all failed the test by putting them together, inviting them to visit the land commissioner and make it look like the State had an agreement with Owerri Nshi Ise , but it was after the court’s ruling. We have dates of the judgement and the date of their visit. It will not work. So next option please.(laughing).
Most of these alleged mushroom Ezes are not even reportedly from the community they serve. They didn’t even grow up in Owerre.
The only one that actually grew up in Njemanze compound cannot remember a damn thing. He is just there to answer present for his paycheck. He should have been fighting for his village.
These Ezes have absolutely no clue about the history of Area K.
They don’t even know the history of the community they claim to govern.
I dare you present these alleged mushroom Ezes in court to be cross examined by our Attorneys.
They will be totally disgraced. These men are allegedly not from our villages.
They are just angry and jealous that Area k was awarded ONLY to Amawom village. That simply means they get NOTHING.
They are very pissed off and trying to derail our victory by telling the government what they want to hear. “We are giving you all the land in Owerre”. What do they have to lose? They are not from our communities and so they care less.
If these Okorocha/APC alleged mushroom Ezes are reliable and their story can be trusted, why did the government not present them in court as their very knowledgeable and reliable witnesses.
The best answer is that this administration knows better.
These alleged mushroom Ezes without portfolio were not in Owerre 27 years ago when this battle with the government started.
All of a sudden they now know the history of Area K as told by their fathers that were reportedly not even citizens of the community they serve.
I am still laughing at these men and how they are allegedly being used by this administration and thereby making a FOOL of themselves. You all have allegedly disgraced your said communities by allowing this administration to reportedly use you and take our lands.

How can you tell the land owners about their own property when you didn’t know about Area k before you were selected to serve by an ex governor that also thought he was above the law. It must be an APC DISEASE!
If we win in this game it is perfectly okay, but if we lose we must replay the whole game.
Nah it doesn’t work that way!
The judiciary of every civilized nation are the people tasked to review evidence from both sides and rule based on the constitution of our country.
No one is above the law and no government is meant to be above the law as well. Only in Banana republic.
Even the president of one, if not the greatest nation in the world WILL NEVER disobey a court ruling, be it favourable or not.
Our president Donald Trump will be held in contempt by the courts if he disobeys a court order and he knows that so he has NEVER disobeyed any court ruling. He respects the law.
In every nation if a defendant is not happy with the court ruling our constitution tells you what steps to take.
You quickly APPEAL THE COURT’S RULING TO THE APPELLATE COURT, HOPING TO GET A DIFFERENT OUTCOME.
You just don’t wait until you lose the case and then go find a bunch of benchwarmers on your payroll and tell them what to say and where to sign.
My Governor it doesn’t work that way, respectfully.
And for the records, why is the government scared to appeal the court’s ruling instead of getting a contempt of court charges?
Is it because you know you will lose again?
Let me advise the government about these alleged APC Ezes you’re depending on to give you a reason and signature after the fact on this Area k case. These alleged mushroom Ezes will reportedly need serious pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) if ever cross examined on the witness stand. They will not make it.
So, I humbly but highly recommend you take your losses and run or it might get worse for your administration.
Are you sure these men know what communal property means or are you claiming they said that? lol You are putting words in their mouth that they cannot explain.?
You know like I told my family, this Area k case is no longer our fight. It is now the case of IMO STATE JUDICIARY VS GOVERNOR UZODINMA LED ADMINISTRATION.
All we need to do right now is to relax get our Ugba and Okporoko being the food that identifies Nde Owerre, throw in the Nkwobi and palm wine as we watch the judiciary fight for their right as one branch out of 3 that make up Imo State or to allow this administration to set a precedent where all court orders and rulings will be ignored by a sitting governor without consequence and repercussions. The Executive, Legislative and Judiciary has equal powers in case you didn’t know that. Stella Anumaku is ready to watch the party begin in October.
This disrespect to Court rules is a symbol of various Imo administrations where they think they can ignore all laws and treat the people like a piece of shit.
Our community is not set up that way and we will fight back.
Area k is the only land remaining for us and we will fight, joining the alleged mushroom Ezes that are now “follow follow”, doing everything they are asked to do including selling out the community they were supposed to protect.
Owerre Nshi Ise can you hear me? These are the men that most of you respect and call Ezes. They just threw you under a burning bus allegedly without conscience and remorse. They are repeating everything the government wants them to say and more.
I am still laughing at you all that respectfully call these men Ezes.
Everyone can now see the reason I allegedly refer to them as Okorocha/APC mushroom Ezes. I hope APC will take these Ezes with them when they leave office. We are tired of their inactivity.
May be, will they need to take the Onye Ishi Ala Owerre with them too?. That one that plays the role of Ozurigbo of Owerre; that is would be an article for another day.
