On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, the Member Representing Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Federal Constituency, Hon. Engr. Akarachi Amadi, along side his dedicated team, embarked on a comprehensive tour of several On-Going and completed projects across Mbaike. The silent achiever, known for his hands-on approach to leadership, personally inspected a number of projects to ensure quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
During the inspection, Hon. Amadi engaged with engineers handling some of the uncompleted projects, offering constructive corrections where necessary. He emphasized the importance of maintaining high standards while charging them to intensify their efforts and accelerate the pace of work. According to him, timely completion of projects is paramount for the immediate benefit of the people he represents.
Some of the key sites visited included:
Ama-John, Amata Umuehihe-Uzoagba Road Construction – a major road project aimed at improving connectivity and easing transportation within the area.
Solar-Powered Borehole at Umuneke Mbieri – a vital water supply initiative to address the needs of the community.
Renovation of Town Halls at Umulede and Umuakujuruaka, Ihitte Mbieri – community development projects designed to enhance social gatherings and civic activities.
Classroom Renovation at ADJS Orie-Mbieri – part of his ongoing commitment to improving the educational infrastructure in the constituency.
The inspection continues on a later date because the team couldn’t visit all the numerous projects scattered all over Mbaike at the same day.
It was at the ADJS Orie-Mbieri inspection point that Hon. Amadi reassured his people of further developmental strides. He announced that by December 2025, construction on the Nkwor-Orji Orie-Mbieri Road would commence, starting from the Orie-Mbieri axis and extending down to Orji. This declaration sparked visible excitement and renewed hope among the residents.
Citizens expressed their joy and confidence in their representative, praising his proactive leadership and unwavering commitment to the development of Mbaike. Many described Hon. Akarachi Amadi as a true servant-leader whose actions speak louder than words.
By personally touring and supervising these projects, Hon. Amadi has once again demonstrated that accountability, transparency, and dedication remain central to his service. His assurance of speedy project delivery reinforces the trust of his constituents and strengthens the bond between him and the good people of Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Federal Constituency.
