2023 Elections: Anyanwu To Mbaise Daughters- Join Hands To Liberate Imo, Support Divine Mandate

Senator Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu(aka Samdaddy) has enjoined all Mbaise Daughters to join hands with him to liberate Imo State from the shackles of economic backwardness, advising everyone to be involved in the project of divine mandate.

Sen.Anyanwu made this call weekend while addressing daughters of Mbaise nation during a programme they organized aimed at bringing development to the society.

He told them to be good ambassadors of the state by working towards instilling peace and unity, adding that what is happening in Imo state currently requires collective efforts of everyone to make a change.

According to him, “it’s a great privilege to interact with Mbaise daughters at home and in Diaspora on the need to develop  the society with a view to improving lives and property”

According to him, “my vision in life is to affect lives positively through giving and sound leadership, and he appealed to them to key into his vision to be able to realize the mandate”.

Speaking respectively, the Mbaise Daughters commended Senator Anyanwu for being close to the masses with open heart irrespective of his social status, expressing optimism that the future of the state can be achieved through people like him.

The women noted that Senator Anyanwu’s philanthropic programmes, youths empowerment, employment and community building will remain in the sand of time, while calling on other leaders to emulate him.

The  Mbaise Daughters further commended Senator Anyanwu for taking a bold step, aimed at salvaging the state, assuring him of their resolve to accord him every needed support to realize the vision.

According to them, “the people of the state have prayed enough, worked hard and suffered to bring good governance in the past, painfully, all these efforts did not only fail but obviously eluded them. In 2023, our people will look inwards and ensure that the right person with the fear of God is elected the Governor of the state”

In his speech, a prominent son of Mbaise nation, Prince Coleman Waturuocha lauded Mbaise daughters for resisting all pressure from anyone opposed to good governance, and charged them to continue to preach the good gospel of development and emancipation wherever they find themselves.

He urged them not to allow anything hinder their plans to deliver Mbaise land and the state from the present political maladies, assuring that he would contribute his quota towards the sustenance of peace and unity in the state.

Senator Anyanwu was accompanied by Evang Myke Ikoku (Chairman, Divine Mandate Movement), Hon Ngozi Ogbu (Director General, Divine Mandate Movement), three Deputy Director Generals of Divine Mandate Movement, Hon Henry Onwukwe (Owerri zone), Barr Golden Nwosu (Orlu zone) and Chief Ben Duru (Okigwe zone), respectively.

Others include, Hon Ben Odunze (PDP Chieftain), Hon Chuks Ajaelu (PDP Chieftain), Ezinwannyi Destiny Oham (Coordinator, Samdaddy Crusaders for Imo Mandate), Directorates of the Movement, Barr Vivian Ottih, Dr Emeka Onyema, Hon Kingsley Egbechue, Hon Frank Onwumere, and Barr Gerry Egbuhuzor, among others.
