A release from Commissioner Emelumba indicates that reception will follow immediately at the Art Nouveau Event Centre along Port Harcourt Road by Concord Junction Owerri.
The release also indicates that His Grace, Most Revd Anthony Obinna, the Catholic Archbishop of Owerri Archdiocese will preside over the solemnization mass.
