2015 Election: APC will win landslide- Oguchienti

The Publicity Secretary of All Progressives Congress, APC, in Imo State, Engr. Nwabueze Ignatius Oguchienti has said that the All Progressives Congress, APC, would record landslide victory in the forthcoming general elections.

Speaking to Nigeria Newspoint over the weekend, Oguchienti posited that given the infrastructural development the Governor of Imo State, Owelle Rochas Okorocha has brought to bear in the state in less than four years, it is evident that the people would want to re-elect him to enable him complete some of the on-going projects, pointing out that the Governor’s style of leadership would be the selling point that would make all other APC candidates to win. Engr. Oguchienti hinted that the unprecedented free education, the 27 general hospitals across the local government areas, the 305 classroom blocks, the construction of roads in the urban and rural arcas, and the beautification of Imo State were enough to cause a landslide victory in the election, stressing that the Imo International Convention Center, IICC, Freedom Square, Hero Square, Ikemba Ojukwu Convention, the New Government House, Sam Mbakwe Expanded Exco hall among other innovative buildings have stood the governor above past leaders.

The APC spokesman asserted that with Owelle Rochas Okorocha and General Buhari as President, the federal presence would be greatly felt in the state, noting that another four years with the governor would further improve and turn the state to heaven on earth. He called on APC faithful to ensure they collect their PVCS to enable them vote in all APC candidates in the clection

The ex-Oru West LG Chairman called on politicians in the state to play politics that is issue-based, adding that Imo is the only state we have, remarking that they should talk to their supporters to eschew violence and ensure they use their votes to choose their leaders. He posited that at the end of the election, we would stilflive as brothers and sisters, insisting that politics is not a door die affair.
