Before The Campaign Trail: Prince Eze Madumere Seeks God’s Face At Owerri Diocese Knights Harvest

As preparations gather momentum for the political journey ahead, the former Deputy Governor of Imo State and PDP Senatorial Candidate for Imo East Senatorial District (Owerri Zone), His Excellency, Prince Eze Madumere, yesterday attended the Knights Harvest Thanksgiving of the Owerri Diocese.

The harvest thanksgiving, held at the church under the leadership of the Anglican Bishop of Owerri Diocese, Rt. Rev. Chukwuma Oparah, Ph.D., JP, brought together members of the Council of Knights, church leaders and other faithful in an atmosphere of worship, thanksgiving and fellowship.

The occasion was a time for the faithful to appreciate God’s faithfulness and seek His continued grace, wisdom and blessings. Prince Eze Madumere joined the congregation in celebrating the harvest and giving thanks to God.

Prince Eze Madumere was received in the company of distinguished church leaders and members of the Council of Knights. In the photograph, the Anglican Bishop of Owerri Diocese, Rt. Rev. Dr. Onyinyeoma Onyeagocha (2nd left); and Ladies Coordinator, Lady Fina Onyekuru, JP (right).

For Prince Eze Madumere, his presence at the harvest was more than just participation in a church programme. As he prepares to commence his political campaign, the occasion provided an opportunity for reflection, thanksgiving and seeking God’s guidance before embarking on the campaign trail.

His decision to begin this phase of his political journey with prayer and thanksgiving underscores his belief that leadership is not only about seeking the mandate of the people, but also about seeking divine wisdom for the responsibility that comes with public service.

As he prepares to take his message to the people of Imo East Senatorial District, Prince Eze Madumere will engage with stakeholders, communities and citizens across Owerri Zone, presenting his vision and seeking the confidence and support of the people.

The Knights’ Harvest Thanksgiving therefore, offered a fitting moment of spiritual reflection and preparation as Prince Eze Madumere gets set for the political journey ahead.

For Prince Eze Madumere, the campaign trail may begin with the people, but the journey begins first with God.
