“A declaration that the publication by the defendants in Nigeria Newspoint newspaper on Friday, November 4, 2022, to the effect that late Prince Sylvester Akuebionwu Njemanze, the father of the 2nd plaintiff is not a biological son of the late Eze Njemanze Iheanacho is false, malicious, wicked, injurious and defamatory to the reputation of the 2nd plaintiff.

The plaintiffs also ask the court for “ an order compelling the 1st  to 27th defendants who are members of the Njemanze family, to undertake DNA/Y Chromosome Test to ascertain whether they have shared a common ancestry, lineage, and bloodline with the plaintiffs,” among other prayers.
