Imo PFN inaugurates women wing

The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), the umbrella body of the Pentecostals in Nigeria will hold her annual conference in the state next month.

A release from the office of the coordinator states that the yearly conference would be combined with the inauguration of the state Women Wing by the national body.

Pastor Mrs Christy Egbo explained that the Women Wing of PFN is an arm of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN whose mission is to sensitize and mobilize Pentecostal women wherever PFN is found for effective involvement and participation in all activities and programmes of the fellowship.

Adding that the women wing also organizes avenues of engagement that enhances their spiritual growth and social development and subsequent relevance in nation building.

The state coordinator stressed that this year’s conference which will hold on the 10th of November at Charismatic Renewal Ministries off Egbu Road (Behind Chisco Motors) Owerri, will also inaugurate the new state exco.

Pastor Mrs. Egbo, stated that the conference is packaged to strengthen the women and make them effective leaders in their churches, home, ministries and critical factors in nation building.

She pointed out that state would be hosting about 5,000 delegates from the neigbouring South Eastern states and Abuja for this year’s conference.
