A.Just in few months of assumption of Office in Orsu LGA as the man in charge of its affairs,Engr Friday Ibeakaeme mapped out what he is poised to do and/or achieve:
B.The visitation of the Imo CP, Aboki Danjuma to inspect the rebuilding of Orsu Police Headquarters has given hope to restoration of peace in the once abandoned LGA in Imo.
- The flag-off of the BCU (Big Catch) immunization programm at Ebenator Health Centre anchored by Hon. Engr. Chinonye Cyriacus ( Secretary of Orsu Local Government) was officially launched by the Executive Chairman of Orsu LGA. Hon Engr. Friday Ibekaeme.
The joyous event was done with some dignitaries such as Hon. Sir, K.C Ejikeojiaku (Deputy Chairman of Orsu LGA); Supervisor for Agriculture), Lolo Jovita Ngozi Ibekaeme; the amiable wife of the Executive Chairman of Orsu LGA, Lady Zita Ejikeojiaku; wife of the Deputy Chairman of Orsu LGA, Hon Mrs Mabel Obiefule; Supervisor for Health, Hon Gabriel Ehirinne; Supervisor for Youths and Sports, Hon Ngaikedi Chinedu Innocent, Supervisor for Education; Hon. Rufus Okani; Supervisor for Works; Mr. Aloysius Chikere, DAGs; Rt Hon. McAnthony Ugochukwu of Head of the council, Orsu LGA Council with staff of the council,

All in all the occassion has been seen as hope rising for return of peace in the once abandoned area.It is also i believed that in a short while peace and tranquillity will resume under the watch of Engr Friday Ibeakaeme.
