Orlu Assembly: Nwadike assures electorate of better days ahead, condemns extra judicial killings

...Urges security agents to respect rules of engagement

The Labour Party candidate for the Orlu State House of Assembly seat in the forth coming House of Assembly election scheduled for Saturday March 18, Comrade Precious Nwadike has assured his constituent of better and qualitative service delivery if elected.

He called on the electorate to come out en masse to cast their votes on Saturday without fear or hesitation and called on security agents to carry out their duties during the exercise in accordance with the rules of engagement.

Nwadike who stated this while addressing some Chairmen of verious villages in Orlu Local Government Area, yesterday assured the people of effective and purposeful representation.
He stated that his visit to all the communities has exposed that the atrocities perpetrated in the areas have been under reported and from available records, he has cause to frown at the roles of those in authority as he condemned the incessant killings and dumping of bodies in borrow-pits should to be investigated.

He regretted that those currently in authority have not been able to make case for Orlu people.

Nwadike assured Orlu people that he will fight to restore peace in the area. He commended the people of Orlu for voting massively for Labour Party in the February 25 elections and appealed to them to do the same on Saturday, March 18.
