2019: Araraume is most qualified -APC Chieftain

A Community leader and Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Ideato North LGA of Imo State, Chief U.C. Ohaso, says Senator Ifeanyi Godwin Araraume is the most qualified of all guber aspirants of the party.
Chief Ohaso who spoke to newsmen, Weekend when Destiny Organization members were at Umukegwu/Umuopia Ward, Akokwa, to deliver their Principal’s 2017 Christmas gifts to the APC Officers of the Ward, noted that the state government’s insistence on any other aspirant other than Senator Araraume was pregnant with meanings.
Describing the recent endorsement of Chief Uche Nwosu by some groups in the State as an expression of apprehension, the Akokwa -born community leader and Onitsha-based business mogul, maintained that the punches on the guber aspiration of Senator Araraume by the Powers that be was a pointer to the fact that there are skeletons in the cupboard.
According to Chief Ohaso; “if there are no skeletons that must not be seen by Araraume, why this “over his dead body” prophesy against Araraume becoming the Governor of Imo State? Let me ask again; that man, who says Araraume will never rule Imo State, is he the Almighty God that promotes.
The APC Chieftain boasted that if other wards, in the state would be sold to any “son – in-law”, that Umukegwu /Umuopia would remain Arararume compliant come 2019, adding that no amount of intimidation or financial inducement would lure them to capitulate to what he described as an affront on the sensibilities of Imolites.
Chief Ohaso who regretted that he wasted millions of naira in the enthronement of a government that has little or no respect for human feelings, called for the recognition of leaders of political parties in the distribution of democracy dividends. He said that leaders of a party who bear the financial burden especially during elections,
were easily forgotten when the going turns good, which according to him, was repugnant to equity and good conscience.
He called on the people of Ideato North to Vote for Sen. Araraume, stressing that “Ararume I know is ever interested in the welfare and development of the state and her people and not
investigating the past administration of any Governor”.
Chief Ohaso also called on the incumbent administration in the state to stop being skeptical of the aspiration of Senator Araraume who he said contributed in no small measure in its emergence.
