Ebonyi Gov Raises Doctors’ Salary To N500,000

Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru of Ebonyi has increased the monthly salaries of doctors in the general hospitals from a little above N150,000 to N500,000. According to a statement issued  the Special on New Media, Mr. Leo Ekene Oketa, the new increment is targeted at the newly employed medical officers in the state. “His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, Governor, Ebonyi State, has increased the monthly allowances of the newly employed Medical Doctors working at the General Hospitals in Ebonyi State, from N150,000 to a minimum of N500,000,” the statement…
