The inauguration of Personal Assistants and Senior Advisers by Hon. Ambrose Chinedum Nwachukwu,(Chi aka onye onye) the Executive Chairman of Ezinihitte Mbaise Local Government Council, has brought unbridled excitement to the benefactors and reflects his commitment to
focusing on state and local growth,
human capital development investing in people for stronger communities and
prioritizing long-term progress.
This initiative showcases his leadership approach, emphasizing effective governance and team building.
Hon. Nwachukwu’s believes in embracing change; recognizing its importance for progress and faith guided by spiritual principles has led to transformative leadership in Ezinihitte, marked by;
new governance approach, a shift from old systems.
He also brings renewed hope ,saying that “The days of locust are over” and a new era is now.
The Ezinihitte LGA, Boss, has taken a significant step towards empowering citizens, by creating opportunities for them through the inauguration of 86 Personal Assistants (PAs) and Senior Advisers (SAs), as enshrined in the government procedures, which took place on Thursday July 24, in the Council Headquarters to promoting inclusive governance.
The inauguration marks a significant milestone in Ezinihitte’s history, highlighting innovative leadership .
In addition , he expressed gratitude to Governor Hope Uzodinma for supporting the initiative.
Adding that the 3R initiative’s impact on sustainable development is notable, with potential benefits including; holistic development across various sectors and
sustainable growth, long-term progress for Ezinihitte.
In his inaugural speech to the number one citizen of Ezinihitte LGA tasked the new officials as ambassadors to represent the 3R Share Prosperity mantra and to promote its values. He also cautioned against negativity, urging them to support the progress of the governance in the area. Meanwhile, he had promised further development, more empowerment, appointments, infrastructural development and good leadership.
The chairman also announced plans for
Solar-powered boreholes, high-capacity water projects in various wards. Noting that this initiative aims at improving access to clean water and enhance the quality of life in Ezinihitte.
Member Representing Ezinihitte Mbaise in Imo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Henry Agbasonu’s presence added significance to the event. He appreciated the leadership, commended Governor Hope Uzodinma and the Executive Chairman for their efforts. He also expressed optimism; believes Ezinihitte’s development is on track and encouraged the people to support their leaders’ initiatives.
In his reactions, Hon Mike Adindu, the APC Chairman of Ezinihitte LGA, charged the inaugurants to uphold APC ideology, represent the party’s values and principles.
He urged them to be good ambassadors, promote the party’s interests and image.
Chief Onyeberchi and Chief Justice Ogu advised the new officers to appreciate the opportunity, recognizing the value of their roles. As well as working hard to reciprocate the trust placed in them. Potential for growth, believing that this beginning can lead to greater opportunities.
Mr. Athanesius Njoku who spoke on behalf of the newly inaugurated PAs and SA,
thanked the Executive Chairman for the opportunity and promised their dedication, loyalty and commitment to the administration.
He as well, appreciated the chairman’s democratic dividends and acknowledged the unprecedented benefits in the area.
