TIME TO STAND UP AGAINST  POLITICAL BULLIES IN  NASS ,  OTHER BRANCHES OF GOVT AS WELL AS THEIR ABUSED INSTRUMENTS OF STATE COERCION .

Senate President and Chairman of the National Assembly,  God’swill Akpabio and his National Assembly bigots , may be pushing the patience and red buttons of the people , to a crashing and explosive level, to the point of potentially igniting the Nigerian Spring, which may turn out to be an unstoppable tsunami that could sweep them out of office .

It’s not impossible for the Nigerian rulership to be engulfed in a potential Revolution with sociological convulsions c and consequences .

The insults on the powers and rights of the people as the Political Sovereign of our nation’s Democracy, have reached an all time high provocative level, to warrant issuing warnings to the nation’s dilapidated leadership, before crises erupt .

They have allowed their absolute power to corrupt them absolutely to the point of becoming politically arrogant and defiant to court orders .

That’s too bad and dangerous to Nigeria and Nigerians, at the receiving end of all these political cataclysm.

Power belongs to the people and not to the minutest  unelectable minority in government, whose elections are largely illegitimate and questionable .

If the lousy and unproductive political bigots in the National Assembly are not called to order or careful in taking the people’s patience for granted and their sovereignty in a democracy for granted, heads will roll , when the people resort to self help and total breakdown of law and order .

The so called leadership of the National Assembly, under the  chairmanship of Godswill Akpabio, should be made to respect the Rule of Law, under which regime , Senator Natasha, representing her constituents from Kogi North , was empowered by the order of the court , to return to the Senate and continue her duties for which her people gave her mandate of representation .

It’s injustice that her constituents were denied of Senatorial representation for more than 6 months, for which they could embarrass and take the Senate Leadership to legal task for such an unconstitutional deprivation .

Not even Tinubu , nor Akpabio or their subordinates , instruments of state coercion and errand security aides , have the constitutional authority and power to stop her from assuming her place in the Senate .

The nonsense in Nigeria as regards flagrant abuse of power, has gotten out of hand .

Her unlawful suspension and absence, following Akpabio’s power drunkenness and political arrogance, resulted in the denial and deprivation of the democratic representation of her constituents in the Senate for more than 6 months , which could plunge Nigeria into endless political chaos and turmoil , if Akpabio and CO , are not called to order forthwith .

In the alternative, contempt of court proceedings could be instituted against Akpabio and erring members of the Senate, and they could be prosecuted and held  in contempt of court .

All the ongoing political mess , was caused by INEC and the ridiculous judicial ruling of the incumbent CJN , who glossed over Akpabio’s ineligibility during the primaries, and wangled him through the back door, otherwise Nigeria and Nigerians, could have been spared of his incurable maladies in office, where has bastardized the Senate leadership for self aggrandizement .

You can feel the likelihood of a revolution in the air in Nigeria and Nigerians could implode and explode at any moment, after testing their endurance and patience, most likely to crash , which portends an uncontrollable disaster that could sack the present government without signs .

The people’s outrage , anger , disappointment, disgust, displeasure and frustration, etc , are gathering momentum and growing steadily from worst to critical  .

In the event of any revolution now , how could the current political office holders across the 3 Organs of Government survive the onslaught and retaliatory offensive measures of the people ?

These arrogant politicians in the National Assembly and in the Executive Branch of Government, have pushed the people to the wall and brink of revolt and rebellion, which could put Nigeria’s shaky existence in complete jeopardy . The worst image any government could curry for itself, is being an outlaw by its unrepentant assault to the Rule of Law, and it’s on the ground of this brazen disregard and disobedience to the principles of the law and decisions of the courts of the land , by which it expects citizens to comply with its policies, that can derail our constitutional democracy completely .

Nigerians can on this ground , descend on the government and pull it down without regrets .

As the political officials of government in the Executive, Legislative and Judicial tiers of government, abuse power and violate their oaths of office and allegiance with impunity , the people , should brace up to the political battle ahead , of compelling Government Officials serving in various capacities, to obey the orders and rulings of the courts or be forced out of office .

The people should seize the opportunity of the lawlessness of the leadership of the 3 Branches of Government, to embark on civil disobedience, until order and sanity returns to our democratic system and institutions  .

Who’s Akpabio and CO , to disobey the orders of the courts, recalling a fellow Senator to the Senate ?

He has by all legal considerations, demonstrated that he’s not fit to be a Senator in the first place and doubled down as one most unfit for office .

Nigerians must demand that Akpabio and CO in the Senate, step down or be compelled to step down by the will of the people .

This challenge should be spearheaded by the women of Nigeria, who have all it takes , like the women who championed the Aba Women Riot in 1930 , to make their will prevail over executive and legislative excesses , recklessness and lawlessness in our nation .

Then , the Nigerian Youths , should step in as leaders of tomorrow, burdened with the yoke of cleaning up the mess of today’s members of the political ruling class , and back up real democratic change .

Nigerians must shine their eyes and come out from their slumbering cocoons, and stop this insidious pernicious trends and madness , where members of the old political generation, jeopardized their future and those of their children and children’s children, before it’s too late .

Those strategically responsible for the  current predicament, are wolves and cowards, who are afraid to die and who had died multiple times before their potential deaths .

Come what may, the women of Nigeria, should rally one of their own, Senator Natasha, as Aisha Yesufu , political activist , Oby Ezekwesili , former Minister and other women of substance had done and still doing,  on the basis of legal principles, and prove to predominantly men dominated Senate Chambers , that this political battle is between them and the women of Nigeria, to stop all these nonsensical male chauvinism that has thrown the women, their husbands and children under the bus, due to the woeful failure of leadership at the National Assembly .

The only strongest language , that the old political dudes in Abuja , understand , is civil disobedience and violent chaos , where they would be forced out of their political comfort zones, and stampeded out of their hideouts with no guaranteed safety .

This is what will settle these political scores , not by gullible, dumb, docile acceptance of the old fashioned hard pills or what the men in government unleash on the rest of the population .

The use of kid gloves solutions, can never bring about the desired change the people want to see in their government .

Nigerians cannot deny the fact that their counterparts in other nations, like Sri Lanka, Philippines, Kenya, South Korea, United States, Peru , Arab Nations , who were the heroes of the Arab Spring, etc , had effected the desired political changes they’re enjoying today, without waiting on God Almighty, to lead and do it for them .

Why are Nigerians blinded by cowardice in the face of the political tyranny and subjugation of their fundamental rights , liberties and constitutional safeguards, to be active participants in their governments and not strangers to their political system ?

Why should they allow INEC to get away with its electoral infamies and atrocities that completely put our democracy in precarious shambles and undermined their popular mandate to whom they had chosen to be their President and political representatives ?

Why are Nigerians playing to the gallery, when they should stand their ground and challenge their political representatives to account for all monies meant for the development of their constituencies and defend their representation in the face of non performance ?

Why are Nigerians waiting on God , to bail them out of their man-made predicament of today ?

How long will they wait for Akpabio and CO , to conform to the Rule of Law, before they get away with their political atrocities and abuses of office, when the power used by political officials , stems  from the people ?

The present national shame at the Nigerian Senate, where a duly elected Senator, Natasha, was barred from entering the Senate Chambers, after being unlawfully suspended for more than 6 months , after the order of a court approved and directed her return, should ignite a revolution of a magnitude never seen before, and prosecuted to the level of supplanting the corrupt , arrogant, strong-headed and deplorable leadership in the legislative institution , and cause sanity to return to our nation .

Politicians opposed to the Rule of Law, must not near political parties for elections, as they constitute a national disgrace and disservice to our democracy .

What’s the purpose of having political rascals in government , acting as stonewalls and useless bureaucrats in the smooth transition and running of government businesses and programs ?

It’s up to Nigerian women and the youths to end this political power struggle with the menfolks , who see themselves as sacred cows and untouchables in government, when they’re empty vessels and unproductive parasites to our democratic system .

It’s time to take up the gauntlet and show diehard male political rascals on the other side of the  aisle of the political power segment, that they should either stop being ungrateful wretches to citizens or they would be swept away by the impending, menacing and rampaging tsunami, that could end their gridlock and stranglehold on power base in Nigeria .

The New Normal is Possible !
