VENGEANCE: I MURDERED IMO MAGISTRATE FOR SLEEPING WITH MY WIFE – NNAEKEZIE …SAID: I PAID KILLERS FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND

The commissioner of police Imo state command, CP Dasuki Galadanchi has paraded one Friday Nnaekezie, suspected to have masterminded the abduction and murder of Imo Magistrate, Remi Chukwujieze Ogu late last year.
CP Galadanchi who paraded the suspect at the police headquarters in Owerri also revealed that he confessed to killing the deceased because he was dating his wife, Uju Nwanne.
Giving further insights into the incident the police boss said that on November 22nd 2018, one Remi Chukwujieze Ogu ‘m’ 41 yrs (A Chief Magistrate attached to Uburu in Oru West L. G. A. Imo state) was abducted along with his Clerk Uju Nwane “F” by unknown gunmen at the residence of the Clerk in Amaifeke, Orlu L. G. A. of Imo State.
Consequently, on the 23 /11/2018, the corpse was found along Amucha road in Njaba L. G. A. of the State with his face covered with a mask, while his arm had a tag with the inscription “SNAP 55” and bullet wounds all over his body.
Speaking further the CP Galadanchi said he ordered full scale investigation into the matter to unravel the mystery surrounding the incident and possibly arrest the perpetrators of the dastardly crime.
According to him based on the directives, operatives of the Homicide Section of the state Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) swung into action and in the course of investigation, one Friday Nnaekezie ‘m’ 34 yrs of Eziama Uburu in Oru West L. G. A. of Imo State was identified.
He said the suspect who fled to Lagos state after committing the crime was eventually arrested even as he noted that the suspect has confessed to the crime, stating that he hired three other men now at large and paid them the sum of five hundred thousand naira (500, 000. 00) to assist him abduct and murder the deceased Remi Chukwujieze Ogu because he was dating his wife Uju Nwanne.
He stressed that efforts are on top gear to apprehend the fleeing members of the gang.
Exhibits recovered included Five (5) expended shells of AK 47 ammunition, One milk colour mask, and a secret cult sticker with inscription snap 55.
The CP used the medium to warn members of the public to shun crime in its entirety as it does not do anyone any good even as he urged Imolites to have faith in the police and report any genuine grievances for prompt action as the police is always ready to come to their assistance.
