A pan Ibo organisation under the aegis of Ibo Senior Citizens Affairs Foundation, ISCAF, has concluded plans for senior citizens affairs foundation project flag off holding on Sunday, February 9, 2019 at the Freedom Square by Warehouse/Orlu road junction, Owerri ,The historic event which will kickstart with a special church service by 12pm will attract Ibo senior citizens across the SouthEast(Ibo nation).
