Suspected kidnappers have invaded Orogwe community in Owerri west LGA of Imo state and abducted a woman. About four armed men at about 9:30 pm wednesday night invaded Umuokpiri village in orogwe and wisked away Mrs. Okwuchi Ahuakagha, the wife of Mr. Ahamefula Ahuakaghs who is incidentally the youth chairman of the village. According to an eye witness the hoodlums traced their victim from her shop behind Orogwe plastics industry near orogwe market and followed her to their family house. as she pulled by and wanted to open the house gate the suspected kidnappers double- crossed her, surrendered her, her house- girl and her children with gun and forced her into their waiting green Nissan car and zoomed off without firing a single shot. at press time contact has not been established between the suspected kinappers and the family. it could be recalled that about 2 yrs ago one Mr Amaechi Ahanonu was kidnapped from his house in Orogwe and was later found dead some days after.
