
….Says: Uzodimma has performed above expectations
The Imo State Congress of America (ISCA) a socio cultural organisation of indigens of Imo State resident in the United States of America has felicitated with Gov Hope Odidika Uzodimma and the Imo State Government on the recent celebrations of 50 years of creation of the state.
In their congratulatory message signed on behalf of the entire members by their national President, Chief Frank Ekeigwe and national Secretary, Deacon Charles Anumudu, the group thanked God for his mercies and extolled Gov Uzodimma for his laudable achievements in governance.
The group listed the governor’s achievements to include the restoration of peace and security in Imo State. The construction of multiple durable roads and visible improvement in health care delivery, especially under the state financed health insurance scheme.
They also noted the recovery of lost oil wells belonging to the state which which they noted would impact positively on the state fiscal stability.
The organization also commended Gov Uzodimma on the ongoing Orashi Electricity Project aimed at providing 24/7 electricity power to Imolites on completion.
The ISCA conveyed their gratitude to the good people of Imo State for their diligent services and support to the state government which has contributed immensely to keeping the state on the positive track of human and infrastructural development.
They further stated that as Imo State indigens from the 27 LGA’S resident in the United States of America, they are delighted to be associated with commendable achievements of Imo State at 50 years and are prepared to partner with the Imo State Government for more developmental initiatives.
