High velocity run-off (flood) has forcefully ejected both landlords and tenants in Ebenator, Uzoubi Umuna community in Orlu local government area of Imo state, Sunday. A blind man, Francis Okafor was worse hit, as he, in addition to being forcefully ejected, sustained injuries while trying to hand-locate the exit door of his bedroom when the flood rampaged, covering everywhere.
