A former chairman of the Imo state Oil Producing Area Development Commission ISOPADEC, Mr. Henry Okafor has emerged the new state chairman of the All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA. Mr. Okafor was elected Thursday, May 23, through a voice vote by party delegates drawn from the 27 LGA of the state.
