Nneji bags host community service award

Top APGA governorship contender and Managing Director , ABC Transport, Mr. Frank Nneji has been bestowed with the prestigious Host Community Service Award.
The award was in recognition of Frank Nneji’s corporate social responsibility to his host community, Umuoba Uratta in Owerri North LGA Imo state where he has been living and doing business for the past 35 years.
Presenting the award during the 2018 Father’s Day cerebration organised by the Men’s Ministry of Assemblies of God , Umuoba Urratta ,Owerri East District , the award, the Minister- in- charge of Assemblies of God Church, Umuoba Uratta, on Sunday, Reverend Cherechi Madu stated that  the award of merit was given to Mr. Frank Nneji in recognition of his contribution and Service to Umuoba community and Humanity in general.
Speaking after receiving the award, Mr. Frank Nneji who was ably represented by Rebuild Imo Director of Mobilization and Logistics; Mr. Charles Obilor expressed grateful for the prestigious award promising not to relent in rendering service to Humanity.
Nneji stated that by God’s Grace next year when he will be sworn in as the next Governor of Imo state greater services will be rendered to Umuoba Uratta community and Imo state at large.
It will be recalled Mr. Frank Nneji set up the ABC Transport Company in Umuoba Uratta community in 1993 from where over 2500 staff have been employed including sons and daughters of Uratta community.
Mr. Frank Nneji also set up another company Rapido foods in 2012 that produces FIBI Sausage rolls with over 400 youths, Men and Women including indigenes of the community and Imolites are presently working as staff members.
In 2003, Mr Frank Nneji also built and donated 6 classroom blocks to the Community Primary School in Umuoba Uratta, Owerri North as well as upgraded the Umuoba community Transformer from 200KVA to 500KVA as part of his commitment to the development of his host community.
